Let me introduce you to three members of the HR-Rethought Recruiting team (from left to right) Katie, Mallory, and myself. We didn’t plan this, but on more than occasion we’ve all shown up wearing similar outfits with our team or, even more ironic, with our clients. Team – makes sense, right, because we’re regularly together, sync as a culture, etc., but what about clients? It actually also makes sense!
Everyone on the HR-Rethought team is a Swiss Chameleon.
We are true partners with our clients and get to spend time on-site in their offices with them. We integrate into their culture and their team. That’s one of the amazing benefits of working with HR-Rethought, something that’s tied directly to who we are and how we operate at the core. I may jokingly say to a new client, “We talk like you – like your business, we act like you – your business, and also, dress like you.” What I mean by that is that we become an extension of you and your business rather than an outside entity or vendor. We take on your brand identity when we’re working with you or on your behalf. However, literally, dressing like you actually happens, as it did in our office with Katie, Mallory, and I.
Swiss Chameleon?
You may be wondering what Swiss Chameleon is and where it came from. It’s one of HR-Rethought’s 5 Core Values. We are Swiss because we are Switzerland, meaning neutral. We don’t bring our values and culture to you – we support you and yours as your partner, meeting you wherever you and your business are. We are Chameleons because of the ability to change and adapt to each client and seamlessly fit in. We do this so well that there are times when new employees at clients don’t even know we are HR-Rethought when onboarding them. That’s exactly what we want and what you get when you partner with us.
HR-Rethought’s team is wonderful menagerie of HR and Recruiting professionals who make HR fun but still keep it professional! Each one of us is a reflection of not only of being a Swiss Chameleon, but also of our other Core Values: Positive Energy, Humble Hustler, Fearless Winner, and Others First. We share a passion for helping the small business owner and walking (or running) side by side with them! It shows – maybe we’ll be a Trinkie with you in your office! On a more serious note, the goal isn’t to literally dress like you, but rather truly become a trusted and valuable member of your amazing team!
